ProfileHope operates on a one-time payment model for each service purchased. Since our services involve coordination with real influencers, partners, and manual campaign execution, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we do offer limited refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be issued if:

  • The service has not been started, and no influencer or partner has begun any work.

  • The purchased service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations or influencer unavailability.

  • There is a clear billing error, such as duplicate payments.

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after the service has started.

  • Influencer promotion is completed but results do not match personal expectations.

  • Delays caused by your unresponsiveness or lack of communication.

  • Providing incorrect, private, banned, or inaccessible social media links or credentials.

  • Any situation where the service was delivered as described.

Our services involve real human work and influencer time, which cannot be reversed, therefore refunds are limited.


4. Campaign Delivery & Expectations

Influencer-based results vary depending on:

  • Niche

  • Content quality

  • Audience relevance

  • External platform factors

We cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, views, or engagement. Purchasing our service means you understand these natural variances.


5. Service Cancellation

You may request a cancellation only if work has not yet begun. Once an influencer has accepted or started your campaign, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

We encourage open communication—most issues are resolved quickly.
