The service has not been started, and no influencer or partner has begun any work.

You change your mind after the service has started.
Influencer promotion is completed but results do not match personal expectations.
Delays caused by your unresponsiveness or lack of communication.
Providing incorrect, private, banned, or inaccessible social media links or credentials.
Any situation where the service was delivered as described.
Our services involve real human work and influencer time, which cannot be reversed, therefore refunds are limited.
4. Campaign Delivery & Expectations
Influencer-based results vary depending on:

Content quality
Audience relevance
External platform factors
We cannot guarantee specific numbers of followers, views, or engagement. Purchasing our service means you understand these natural variances.
5. Service Cancellation
You may request a cancellation only if work has not yet begun. Once an influencer has accepted or started your campaign, cancellation is no longer possible.
